Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Material Handler performs assignments related to receiving, pulling, packing, and shipping parts.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for all computer input transcations to inventory records, including issues, mescelalaneous receipts, return to stock, work in process transactions, transfers between contracts, cycle counts, audit trails, material to stock from inspection, etc.Responsible for all data input to purchase order receipts, which include checking packing lists agaisnt incoming freight, noting any discrepancies, working closely with Supply Chain and Material Management department on any problem, distribution of paperwork to the resepective departments, filing and maintaining records.Perform record keeping duties.Load and unload materials.Perform physical counts of materials and generate periodic paperowrk reflecting the...
