Inventory Executive

1. Conduct stock take for all stores, warehouses (annual check), office code data (annual check for promotion goods, sample, gift, related to goods issue deduction), stock take IT fixed asset.
2. For daily stock take in stores, this position liaises with store employees and OIC to ensure proper condition of stores (stockroom is neat, number of staffs are enough to accompany Inventory Team to do stock take)
3. Check stock take discrepancies between ETP and SAP system, make adjustment as needed
4. Create stock take report for stores and bazaars includes closed stores and bazaars
5. Execute scrapping process in SAP for merchandising items which do not have value (damaged/lost/obsolete, etc.)
6. Check supplier's stock in stores and confirm to supplier (stores with consignment goods)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma, any major
• 2-3 years in similar role and field preferred
