Responsibilities:
Support customers and internal sales teams with returns, replacements, credits, and repair requests
Review and document product conditions for returned or defective items
Manage and monitor RMA inventory processes and daily inventory counts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipping and product movement
Assist with product testing and reporting findings on equipment issues
Maintain accurate records of inventory and customer service activities
