Inventory Coordinator

Job Purpose: The Inventory Officer role is responsible of managing the end-to-end inventory of RAKEZ assets across all assigned Zones, including asset requisition, recording, verification, handling, tracking, and storage coordination and disposal. The role supports the Supervisor by ensuring all asset data is up to date maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset records, ensuring compliance with control standards, and accessible for audits, handovers, and operational needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets.
• Ensure all asset movements are documented and traceable.
• Maintain audit-ready records and compliance with asset controls.
• Handle RAKEZ Assets handovers, takeovers and inspections.
• Identify and upscale assets discrepancies proactively.
