Schedule: Monday to Friday / 9 am - 6 pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of Spares Parts Business; Customer Service, Inventory Management, Warehouse and Distribution.
- Liaise with Customers, RSPC (Regional Spare Parts Center), HQ (Head Quarter) and Logistics Service Provider.
- Provides assistance to internal and external customers on their requests, queries & other Spare Parts Business-related concerns.
- Generate & submit essential reports for both internal & external parties.
- Monitors the Logistics Service Provider's compliance in Daily Inbound & Outbound Clearing and resolve any irregularities or discrepancy issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular Inventory Stocktaking and Warehouse Inspections. Review and analyze the results enable to ensure that the required inventory accuracy level and warehouse specifications are met.
