Job Purpose:
To manage, control, and optimize inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a steel manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, system integrity, and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Stock Management
Manage end-to-end inventory for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
Ensure optimal stock levels to support production while minimizing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock
Develop and enforce inventory control procedures, stock movement controls, and authorization limits
Monitor stock ageing, turnover ratios, and consumption trends
Systems & Reporting (SAGE & Excel)
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAGE ERP
Perform regular system reconciliations between physical stock and system balances
Prepare detailed inventory reports using advanced Excel.
