Job Description
**Position:** MRO Specialist
**Pay:** $23.00/hour
**Location:** East Longmeadow, MA
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage inventory of Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) supplies to reduce downtime.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize inventory levels.
+ Lead inventory optimization and cost-reduction projects.
+ Monitor KPIs and ensure supplier performance.
+ Maintain compliance with purchasing policies.
+ Utilize SAP and other inventory systems for materials management.
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 5 years’ experience in purchasing/inventory control (manufacturing preferred).
+ Strong understanding of MRO inventory management.
+ Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
+ Solid analytical and organizational skills.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
