Job Description

The Inventory Controller is the single point of accountability for all clinic inventory, including veterinary medicines, medical supplies, consumables, and clinic assets. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate recording, controlled release, proper storage, and timely reporting of inventory to prevent losses, discrepancies, and misuse.

This position carries control authority, not merely support duties, and plays a critical role in strengthening clinic compliance, transparency, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Accountability

  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all inventory movements (stock-in, stock-out, usage, returns, and disposal).
  • Ensure no medicine or supply is released without proper documentation and authorization.
  • Implement and strictly follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and expiration monitoring.
