Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using designated systems and manual logs where necessary.
• Monitor stock levels daily to ensure sufficient supply of products, equipment, and materials required for operational activities.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items in line with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Analyse inventory data to forecast demand and recommend order quantities to minimise overstocking or stockouts.
