Position
Inventory Control Clerk (full-time) – Sudbury Branch. Reports to the Operations Manager and is an integral member of the Operations team responsible for managing fuel reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness, and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion
- Baling customers to facilitate payment within terms
- Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution
- Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines
- Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items
- Other duties as assigned
