Nature Fresh Farms® is a family‑owned greenhouse farming company located in Leamington, Ontario. We are looking to fill a full‑time, permanent Inventory Control Clerk position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Track orders and investigate inventory problems to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies.
• Ensure accurate counting and disposition of all defective or damaged produce and dry goods.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Identify inventory concerns, develop a corrective action plan, and report the plan to the Gatekeeping Supervisor.
• Work with inventory systems including NAV.
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels of produce and dry goods.
• Count and tag skids.
