Role Overview

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by performing routine audits, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating closely with warehouse staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the SOPs and work instructions, to improve delivery efficiency.
• Ensure inventory tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials.
• Support shipping and receiving activities when needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environment regulations.
