Inventory Clerk

This is a full time position based in Cabuyao, Laguna and Tanauan & Lipa Batangas. Additional travel may be required around Region IV-A to attend meetings/trainings, and/or to support team members.

• Maintain master list of all products and supplies
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks by performing physical count of inventory and reconciling actual stock count to computer-generated reports on a daily basis
• Compute inventory balance, price, and cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Maintain proper inventory levels, and submit orders to Purchasing team for replenishment when raw materials hit danger level or stock reorder point
• Pull any defective or expired merchandise for return, and coordinate with Purchasing team and supplier regarding pick-up and/or exchange
• Use inventory software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply on a daily basis
