Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse. The role involves conducting inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, preparing reports, and assisting in inventory control measures to ensure materials and products are accounted for and available when needed. This position supports warehouse operations and ensures compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Monitoring
• Record and track all incoming and outgoing stock in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full physical inventory audits.
• Verify stock quantities against delivery receipts, pick lists, and requisitions.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report variances to the Warehouse Team Leader.
