Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and issuing materials and supplies. Verify quantities and conditions of goods, update inventory databases, and conduct cycle counts.


• Assist with the physical movement of inventory within the warehouse or stockroom, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.


• Ensure the efficient and accurate flow of inventory within the organization by identifying and resolving discrepancies, minimizing stockouts, and optimizing storage space.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Some positions may require a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
