Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate inventory counts
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock properly
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Update inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software
• Assist in placing orders for restocking as needed
• Label and organize products in storage areas for easy access
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure stock availability
• Report damaged or missing items to management
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business or logistics is a plus)
• Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or retail (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
