An Inventory Assistant supports the efficient management of a company's inventory by monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies. The role involves organizing inventory storage areas, conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory databases, and coordinating with internal departments. By ensuring accuracy and availability of materials, the Inventory Assistant helps maintain smooth operations and prevents stock discrepancies or shortages.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any business-related course, Financial Management, Accounting.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal, written communication and decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
