Job Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor, Inventory & Asset Protection , the Inventory and Asset Protection Coordinator – DC is responsible for managing all inventory control related activities at the Edmonton Distribution Centre and yard as well as for the 3rd Party Warehouse facilities. This role ensures that inventory control procedures at DC are executed appropriately to high levels of inventory accuracy and efficient resolution of shipping discrepancies for the store and agency network. Other accountabilities include investigation of inventory variances, suggesting operational improvements for the DC, collaborating with DC operations on receiving and picking strategies and partnering with store network to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
