Job Description

Support on Aftersales Parts and Services business to develop a digital channel (E-Commerce) involving sales strategy, training and field actions:

  • Develop strategy to onboard dealers to properly manage and promote sales on the e-Commerce platform (on-site/in dealers 80% of the time and remote 20%).
  • Support on change management activities to promote and ensure the correct use of the e-Commerce platform. Enable a digital mindset on internal and external teams. Strong collaboration and communication with all dealer network.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and dealer network to generate sales on the e-Commerce site.
  • Evaluate and identify business needs to develop new features on the e-Commerce site.
  • Ensure daily operation and customer support.
  • The position might require traveling within Mexico from 70-80% of the times and eventually to United States.
