Inventory Analyst (Warehouse) – Junior to Team Leader Level

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst—open to Junior, Senior, and Team Leader levels—to manage and control warehouse inventory through accurate forecasting, reconciliation, and system-based monitoring.

This role is ideal for candidates who think in numbers, processes, and controls, and who understand that inventory accuracy directly impacts operations, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Perform inventory forecasting based on sales trends, usage, and lead times
• Manage and reconcile incoming and outgoing stocks
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation between physical counts and system records
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, discrepancies, and shrinkage
