Job Description

Minimum requirements:
  • Financial & Stock Reporting: Generate daily reports detailing the exact financial value of all incoming and outgoing warehouse stock
  • Inventory Control: Maintain tight control over incoming and outgoing stock, demonstrating sharp oversight of spatial inventory placement within the warehouse
  • Reconciliation & Auditing: Conduct monthly physical stock takes, reconcile figures against accounting reports, and provide detailed variance explanations
  • Warehouse Collaboration: Utilize accounting and administrative insights to assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing stock flow and guiding warehouse staff (this is a co-ordination role, not a direct managerial position)
