Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.

  • Design, Deploy and manage existing and new Intune configurations and policies.

  • Integrate Intune with SCCM to streamline device management and enforce compliance policies.

  • Configure and deploy office apps, business software, updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune.

  • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect endpoints from potential threats.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Intune and SCCM, providing Level 2/3 support as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure Intune solutions meet those needs.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Generate reports on system performance, compliance, and security for management review.
