The Mission: You'll be the Tier 3 expert ensuring everything from Exchange Online to Microsoft Intune runs perfectly. This isn't just maintenance—you'll be designing solutions, creating automation scripts, and implementing security best practices to keep the environment top-tier.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Support: Provide L3 troubleshooting for the full MS 365 stack (Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint).
Automation: Use PowerShell to script and automate repetitive processes and reporting.
System Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain high-availability cloud environments.
Optimization: Review current standards and suggest enhancements to improve the customer experience.
