Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems Architect & Automation Specialist to stabilize, rescue, and scale our business-critical production systems. This role is not just about writing code; it's about taking ownership of the technical operations and ensuring our API integrations and automated workflows are resilient, compliant, and built for high-volume growth.
Key Responsibilities
System Rescue & Stabilization: Diagnose and fix root causes in failing Zapier setups, Airtable automations, and Shopify workflows.
Infrastructure Architecture: Redesign existing backend architectures to improve reliability and long-term maintainability.
Compliance & Delivery: Manage Twilio SMS (10DLC) delivery and compliance to prevent communication failures.
Revenue Automation: Build and optimize post-purchase flows, upsell systems, and ACH payment integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce.
