Teaching Personnel are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join one of our partnership secondary schools based in Blackwood as an Interventions Teaching Assistant . This rewarding role involves supporting pupils through targeted intervention sessions, helping to raise attainment, build confidence, and remove barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team to deliver focused support to pupils requiring additional academic, social, or emotional intervention.
