Job Description
As a Wealth Management Assistant, you play a key support role for the advisor or a team of advisors by carrying out all administrative and operational tasks related to managing the 360° offering. Your role is to implement, from an operational standpoint, the solutions proposed by the advisors in collaboration with the support team. You have the leadership skills required to take charge of member and client requests and resolve various administrative situations while maintaining our high standards of quality. You coordinate and prepare communications between members and clients, their advisors, and their expert partners. Your privileged and regular contact with clients requires you to be proactive and anticipate future events.
