Responsibilities

  • Assist in the incorporation of new companies and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and relevant laws.
  • To prepare, arrange and filing of statutory forms.
  • Assist in proper maintenance of statutory registers, minutes book, statutory documents, administrative records, updating of register etc.
  • Assist in corporate secretarial work including routine/standard advisory work.
  • Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and LHDN stamping.
