Internship Quantity Surveyor

This job is an Internship Quantity Surveyor where you’ll help with cost estimates and budgets, compare prices, and prepare important documents. You might like this job because it gives you hands-on experience in construction finance and teamwork!

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and quotations
• Support in sourcing and comparing material and subcontractor prices
• Assist in project cost monitoring and budget tracking
• Help in preparing tender documents and contract administration
• Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Perform site visits when required

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Basic knowledge of construction/interior fit-out works is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
