Key Responsibilities

Assist and support brokers in client management of insurance needs, renewal process, and claim management.

Assist with research, collecting data and market analysis.

Assist in the preparation of business presentations and market information reports.

Maintain client account data and update the information in the database system.

Organize physical and electronic files and prepare courier items for clients and carriers.

Participate in corporate assignments and other duties as specified by the Supervisor.
