The Mission: Join our tech team to help bridge the gap between software development, AI integration, and the end-user. You will ensure our internal tools are reliable, easy to use, and enhanced by modern AI workflows while learning how professional software is built in the AI-first era.

What You'll Do

• AI Integration: Assist in building and optimizing AI Agents and RAG pipelines to help our software reason using our internal knowledge base.
• Quality & Testing: Conduct UI and functionality tests—and use AI-powered testing tools—to hunt for bugs and track them until they are resolved.
• System Troubleshooting: Dive into technical issues to identify root causes and work with senior engineers to deploy fixes.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with developers to translate business needs into technical specs for new AI-driven features.
• User Empowerment: Create training materials and lead sessions to help staff master new software and AI tools. ...
