Internship Program

The Mission: Join our tech team to help bridge the gap between software development and the end-user. You will ensure our internal tools are reliable, easy to use, and well-documented while learning how professional software is built, tested, and maintained.

What You'll Do

• Quality Assurance: Test our internal apps to find bugs (errors) and track them to ensure they are resolved by the development team.
• Solution Design: Work with developers to gather requirements for new features and help turn those ideas into clear user guides.
• Troubleshooting: Dive into technical issues to figure out why things aren't working and escalate complex problems to senior experts.
• Training & Documentation: Create simple training materials and lead sessions to help staff understand how to use new software updates.
• System Health Checks: Perform regular checks (UI and functionality tests) to ensure every part of the app looks and works as intended.
