Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and updating records
  • Support customer service through TikTok, WhatsApp, and Shopee chats
  • Handle documentation, invoicing, and filing digital receipts
  • Help coordinate product fulfillment and packaging when needed
  • Assist in managing inventory and stock updates
  • Collaborate with team members for live selling, promotions, and content prep
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets and business tools

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Admin, Office Management, or related fields
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office
  • Organised, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Interest in e-commerce or social media is a plus
