Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and updating records
- Support customer service through TikTok, WhatsApp, and Shopee chats
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and filing digital receipts
- Help coordinate product fulfillment and packaging when needed
- Assist in managing inventory and stock updates
- Collaborate with team members for live selling, promotions, and content prep
- Maintain internal spreadsheets and business tools
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Admin, Office Management, or related fields
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office
- Organised, responsible, and eager to learn
- Interest in e-commerce or social media is a plus
