Responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Management team in day-to-day operations and service delivery
- Assist in tracking and analyzing facilities performance metrics and service levels
- Help coordinate vendor management activities and service requests
- Contribute to the preparation of client reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support the administration of facilities management systems and databases
- Assist in monitoring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Help compile and analyze data for space utilization and occupancy reports
- Participate in site inspections and facilities assessments as needed
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy management programs
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts
