Responsabilities
As an HR Assistant intern at Candriam, you will support the HR team in Luxembourg with the following tasks:
Contribute to personnel administration, time management follow-up, and various administrative tasks (file management, company vehicles, and expense reports).Assist in drafting and sending HR communications.Ensure the update of internal documents, the intranet, and Welcome Packs.Support the follow-up of interns across different countries.Provide assistance in the organisation and follow-up of training sessions.Assist in preparing the training co-funding application under the INFPC.Participate in the creation of Handbooks (country-specific regulatory guides).Support the management of cross-border workers, including preparing declarations and issuing A1 certificates.Get involved in the department’s various projects.
