This role is responsible for practicing your accounting knowledge and skills in a professional setting.
Job Description:
- Prepare detailed AP reconciliation and AP Aging reports to monitor payment timelines and prevent overdue payments.
- Continuously enhance the efficiency of the payment process through process optimization and innovative solutions.
- Reconcile processed transactions by meticulously verifying entries and cross-referencing system reports to ensure accurate financial representation.
- Review and validate documents received from vendors, including supplier invoices, tax invoices, and delivery notes, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in filing, data entry, and the maintenance of precise and up-to-date financial records.
