Our mission is to make hotelier's work easier. We intend to achieve that through next-generation hotel management software and hotel kiosks.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Softinn.
  2. Provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by Softinn.
  3. Troubleshoot errors related to Softinn's system. Work with the product team and the customers in solving bugs.
  4. Answer and reply to clients on technical-related issues via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone call.
  5. Assist in system setup and configuration for a new or potential client.
  6. Assist in UAT (user-acceptance testing) before a new product release.

Job Requirements:
