- Provide 2nd level support on PDWH for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally
- Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in the manufacturing domain
- Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse is running in astable and high-performance level as per SLA
- Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
- Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks
