Job Description

A. Technical Support (Hardware & Software)

  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Support in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues for internal users.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for Microsoft Office, email, antivirus, and system updates.

B. Networking & Infrastructure

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi networks and connections across departments.
  • Help monitor network performance and report connectivity issues to senior staff.
  • Support maintenance of servers, switches, routers, and cabling layout.

C. Asset & Inventory Management

  • Assist in updating and managing IT asset inventory records.
  • Tag and label hardware equipment and ensure physical checks are carried out periodically.
