Responsibilities

  • Provide reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Responsible for submitting and managing cases in the system, following up on activations, updating the latest information in the database, ensuring cases are tracked until closure, and collecting devices and payments as required
  • Handle two - three company portals for the full operational process and assist in resolving any technical issues when required
  • Assist and support customers in the digitalization of their business opera
