  • Developing templates for Internal Communication
  • Liaising and Follow-up with vendors
  • To create Bill of Quantity based on request.
  • Simple write-ups for notice or announcement
  • Perform daily data entry duties and depot operations activities.
  • Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters such as filing, records, and organizing outstanding documents
  • Assist in updating budget list
  • Write Meeting Minutes
  • PR / PO & Budget updates
  • Make copies, Print and Organize Important Documents/Form
  • Prepare weekly meal planner
  • Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Business Admin
  • Ability to engage & communicate well with all levels of people
  • Simple presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Competent in MS Windows like Excel,...
