Learning & Development

  • Maintain accurate records of payment and follow up closely on payments.
  • Track employee participation and completion of learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training hours and certificates issuance.
  • Coordinate logistics for in‑person training sessions.
  • Assist with HRDC submissions and claims.
  • Create training brochures or any graphics related to the training program for the employees.

Quality Management System

  • Support QMS implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of QMS policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with ISO standards and company guidelines.
  • Document control: Assist in managing and maintaining accurate records of QMS documents, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible.
