Job Duties and Summary (This position is only for practical student / industrial trainee).

  • Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the HR Department.
  • To coordinate/organize meetings, team building, HR events, and other ad-hoc activities.
  • To organize and manage confidential documents, record and maintain an organize filing for smooth data retrieving.
  • Hiring Project support (drive the project, tracking the progress to achieve hiring objective).

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or above in HR Management or related field.
  • Language: Good oral and written skills in English/ Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prefer 4-6 months internship period.
