Recruitment (70%)

  • Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
  • Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
  • In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
  • Monitor candidate database and feedback processes

Integration of New Hires (20%)

  • Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
  • Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new-hires
  • Monitor and support trainings (On-boarding, Orientation, etc.) and workshops

Personnel Marketing and HR event (10%)

  • Coordinate in job fairs, university activities
  • Support yearly events and projects of HR department

Qualifications

  • Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social act...
