Qualifications
Recruitment (70%)
- Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
- Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
- In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
- Monitor candidate database and feedback processes
Integration of New Hires (20%)
- Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
- Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new-hires
- Monitor and support trainings (On-boarding, Orientation, etc.) and workshops
Personnel Marketing and HR event (10%)
- Coordinate in job fairs, university activities
- Support yearly events and projects of HR department
Qualifications
- Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social act...
