Internship Founders Associate (m/f/d) - Berlin

Your Mission

As a Founder's Associate in our Product team, you'll work directly with our Head of Product — on the topics that matter most right now. You'll drive special projects forward, create structure where there isn't any yet, and get a front-row seat to how a Climate FinTech is built from the inside.

This role sits at the intersection of product and tech. You don't need to be an engineer — but you need to think like one. If you're the kind of person who reverse-engineers how things work, gets excited about automation, and actually enjoys digging into data, you'll fit right in.

This role isn't for people who wait for tasks to land in their inbox. It's for someone who gets things moving, learns fast, and wants real impact — from day one.
