Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders and requests for quotations (RFQs)
  • Support the procurement team in maintaining and updating procurement records such as duty and sales tax inventory report, audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  • Help in tracking and managing purchase orders and delivery schedules
  • Organize and maintain procurement records, contracts, and related documentation
  • Perform data entry and analysis related to procurement and inventory
  • Assist in preparing reports on procurement activity, cost analysis, and supplier performance
  • Support in coordinating with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document control
  • Participate in meetings and take notes/minutes when required
