Job Descriptions:
- Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders and requests for quotations (RFQs)
- Support the procurement team in maintaining and updating procurement records such as duty and sales tax inventory report, audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Help in tracking and managing purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Organize and maintain procurement records, contracts, and related documentation
- Perform data entry and analysis related to procurement and inventory
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement activity, cost analysis, and supplier performance
- Support in coordinating with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document control
- Participate in meetings and take notes/minutes when required
