  • Assist in System Development Testing.
  • Prepare Positive and Negative Checklist.
  • Prepare Tree ID for QR Tag Printing.
  • Assist in conducting System Training for users.
  • Assist in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Track user reported issues and progress.
  • Liaise with development team on resolving reported issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.
  • Assist in creating customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide First Level Support/Troubleshooting as and when required
