Job Descriptions :

  • Assist in delivering HR services and support across various functions.
  • Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Assist in screening resumes and application forms; schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Assist in payroll attendance checking and OT calculation.
  • Participate in organizing company events and open interviews.
  • Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks and documentation including update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
