Job Descriptions :
- Assist in delivering HR services and support across various functions.
- Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
- Assist in screening resumes and application forms; schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Assist in payroll attendance checking and OT calculation.
- Participate in organizing company events and open interviews.
- Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks and documentation including update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
