This project role will enable the student to obtain in-depth knowledge and experience upon facilities engineering and projects which covers major equipment such as chillers, cooling towers etc. and understanding redundancy requirements, energy management, sustainability and project management.

  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules
  • Monitor and analyze utility consumption
  • Implement sustainability strategies to reduce waste and energy consumption
  • Manage projects from conception to completion
  • Apply engineering principles to improve facility operations
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with contractors and other teams
