As an Ecommerce Operations, you will be fully accountable for managing and maintaining the backend operations of our online stores and managing high-quality product assets. Your role is to handle website catalogue management, upload product listings, update inventory, shoot and edit professional product visuals, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be expected to accomplish the following:

• Catalogue Management – Upload new jewelry pieces, product descriptions and specifications, and organize online collections
• Store Management – Update product listings, pricing, detailed specifications (materials, sizing), posters, banners, photos, and map appropriate media to listings on ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc).
