Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.Assist with processing transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.Assist in recording customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaint or comments as well as actions taken.Assist the Section Head / Sales team in following up on business prospects.Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager / supervisor.Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any course from a recognized university / college.Good personality, independent, and a good team player.Has a positive attitude to learn.Fluent in spoken Mandarin; written proficiency is an added advantage
